ERG（ETS-related gene）是ETS转录因子家族的重要成员，主要在内皮细胞中高表达，是维持内皮细胞身份、血管稳态和抑制炎症的关键调控因子。其功能丧失会诱发内皮-间充质转化，与动脉粥样硬化、肺纤维化等疾病相关。此外，ERG基因融合（如TMPRSS2-ERG）是前列腺癌最具特征性的分子标志物，也见于尤文肉瘤和急性髓系白血病，在肿瘤诊断中具有重要价值。 |
